If you are based in the UK or USA there will be no additional charges added to this postage. It is accurate at the time of posting this listing, so please double check if unsure.

The picture is painted by hand and it the colors, and shapes might slightly differ from the photograph, due to screen, printers, and scanners differences.
If I notice that the house has distorted angles on your photograph (which is common issue with camera’s lenses), I might advise on correcting it before my work has started.
